The Tour d’Apple is pleased to announce a new post ride meal!
This year the Tour will provide cyclists with a Mexican lunch, prepared by Taqueria Gonzalez Mexican Restaurant, 525 Kanuga Road, Hendersonville. Beginning at 11:00 am on Labor Day, cyclists and volunteers will enjoy servings of carnitas with Mexican rice, frijoles (Mexican beans), and mild or hot sauces. The rice and frijoles will be both vegetarian and gluten free. Lunch will include lemonade, iced tea, cookies and chips.
